When it was time for a size small i got this one, cause you can sleep in it. Anyway, so in terms of the fit, it fits nice and tight but im still able to move. I can tell its gonna hurt my back throughout the day tho cause thats what my medium did, it was just my body adjusting.

I expected it to be painful but it is not I feel like I’m sucked in and when I lay down I have a hard time breathing but it is definitely bearable. I ordered a size medium and it fit perfectly the first few clasps at the bottom were harder to put on but then everything else was easy!! I could breathe perfectly fine and I love the look of it. I probably wouldn’t do an ab workout with it as it is hard to move that much in it. I bought this waist trainer for my girlfriend and she loves it. The first time trying to get it on her it was tough cause it was so tight. This could be how the product works but it seemed a little too tight, my girlfriend is a size 0 and the size small was very tight . After getting it on she has used it every day since and absolutely loves it, she says it makes her posture so much better by keeping you standing up right. She says it has also started making her waist start to tighten up, she has shown me the way her jeans fit and it is definitely better. The only issue I did have was the way it originally fit being so tight that it left a bruise on her side. But she loves it and no pain no gain I guess lol. I would definitely recommend this product.

I love this! It gives me a great hour glass shape from the front the ONLY couple complaints I have- 1. The back fat! Ugh I know it’s imminent in any corset/waist trainer but I was really hoping this would cover it more than it does. Yikes. 2. It looks great from the front but I wore it with a dress and from the side, you can still see I have a little pooch. Perhaps it’s just me being overly critical (ahh women) but I just wanted to throw that out there and I still had to wear spanx just for the sole reason to cover the hooks because they do show through. All in all I am happy with it because it does suck you in! I’m 5’7 and 180 lbs and I ordered a Large and I am able to snap it on the second set of hooks. I found it so much easier to get it on today, I folded the part with the latches so they stuck out and were easier to fasten, I also wrapped myself in cocunut oil and saran before I put it on. Soooooo much easier, easily got it to second set of hooks where I struggled hard to get it on the first time. In future even if I dont use cocunut oil I’ll gently wrap in saran before trying to fasten,then gently pull the saran out after its on

I am wearing this to actively train my body to the hour glass shape. I wear the corset for 10 hrs a day minimum and I will tighten it every 4 to 6 weeks. These corsets work perfectly for it, and are much less expensive the other corset styles. Not to mention they are easier to work with too. I have used these for a little over a year before I took about an 8 month break my body did retain the hourglass shape. I am now working on defining it even more!

Being that it was the first time putting it on and it’s new and it’s latex it was a little struggle to get it on but It fits. Overtime the latex gets less stiff so it’ll become easier to put on. It helps if you’re looking in a mirror to get the hooks in. Like other waist trainers it pushes my back fat up and over but that’s expected. I do like the feeling it gives my back nice and supported. I will use it during my workouts.

If you sit all day at work, I do not recommend wearing this at work. When I take off the trainer, as expected I have little lines and marks on my stomach and back (once again, not painful and they go away within a half hour of taking it off) I’ve already noticed that my sides look taken in, more hourglass shaped and my stomach is less bloated with the waist trainer off. This doesnt really do much for the front of my stomach but my sides look great. I plan on wearing this daily for a month and then measuring my waist again. I also purchased an extra small as well in hopes my waist will shrink enough to get it on!

I think that’s a good adjustment for my first time wearing a corset. It’s a bit long so it hits my hips a little bit. But, I’ve been wearing a tank under and over so it is good. It’s not like you are going to be dramatically smaller the first time you wear it. Even with wearing a tank under and over the corset, I still look good underneath my clothes. I don’t really think it’s a magical thing that makes you eat less. However, it is a good quality product.

I recommend you get 1 size up from what you are accustomed to buying. I’m 5’6″ 138 lbs normal length torso, rather broad ribcage and I wear a large. For the first week of wearing I accustomed myself to the first row. By week (2) I was able to fasten it to the third and tightest row. I don’t believe I will ever fot a medium due to the size of my ribcage. Now… it IS going to be a little uncomfortable for the first few days. But you’ll be surprised how used to it you become. It improves your posture, it lifts up you bust, and it will definitely cinch the waist.

The corset is long, which I liked; I did find that some people don’t like that, but I preferred it because nothing is bulging out from underneath. It is latex (not the most breathable material and not good for people with sensitivity to latex), but that is stated in the item description, so I won’t deduct for that. I got another popular brand that I found had better ratings (I won’t mention it here), but I found that it was too stiff and short, although it was more breathable, and I prefer this one (that I’m reviewing) to the other brand.

If you are serious about cinching in your waist, I would strongly recommend this product. If you aren’t very serious, I suggest that you pass a perhaps purchase a more comfortable breathable girdle. This waist trainer does get hot, it forces your posture straight, its tight, and you’re not going to feel like its not on. I will say this, its much more effective than any cloth girdle that gives out in about a week and still shows of your tummy. This is boned latex (lined with fabric on the skin side). You will feel like you have it on because it is doing it’s job applying resistance to fat bulges, if you didn’t feel like you had it on it would be comfortably conforming WITH the fat. One last thing, sometimes while wearing this you will get a little fat flap escaping from under or the back of your upper arms. This merely is escaped fat. With this type of compression the fat needs somewhere to go. I reduce this effect by wearing a good quality “no side boob” bra which is designed to keep this in.

I can go 10-12 hours wearing these but I would never sleep in these or recommend others sleeping in this. Admittedly, I’ve ordered this wait trainer twice, now. The first time was my error in that I ordered too big, and so whilst it still did a good job, I wasn’t experiencing that firm or tight feeling a lot of the other reviews mention. I have the perfect size for me now and loving it.

This one allows you to move around somewhat. It’s not the type of clincher to wear when you work out. And as you can see in the picture, one of the middle hooks kinda busts out but I’m not sure if that’s just because of my belly shape. So far, it’s good but only time will tell the true effects!

i got this product fast, like within 2-3 days! i used it right away, and i could say that it is made of really good quality. i have been using it like everyday for 12-15 hours straight! i wash it once a week (by hand of course) and it still looks the same the first time i got it.

So, all in all this IS DURABLE AND AMAZING! It does NOT smell that bad, just smells of a little latex. That’s all! I put it on the looser of the 3 hooks and I probably could put it on the middle row. I can bend and sit with amazing posture. I have had it on for 3 hours and it feels AMAZING! I would strongly recommend this!

Its so neat & gives you a lovely shape no one would know you are wearing it under your clothes. I have it a week and I can now manage to tie it on the second row of hooks, so it must be doing something right. I will keep going wearing it as they say change won’t happen overnight. I am glad I didn’t order a large as I would probably be on the last row of hooks now and than would have to order a medium size in a few weeks.

The first few wear were hard to put on but that’s understandable. The more you wear it, the more comfortable you’re getting. I did not really measure my waist but I fell it’s getting smaller. I went from the outer hooks to the middle ones after about a month.

I have been wearing this waist trainer for a little over two weeks now and I honestly cannot stop looking in the mirror. Regularly I have a 25inch waist (measured right above my belly button), with a wider rib cage and hips. (I am 5’6 115lbs) I bought a SMALL and this thing was nearly impossible for me to get hooked beyond the first or second hooks at the top the first time I tried putting it on! Finally I decided I was getting this thing on no matter what and not giving up. It took me nearly a half hour to get a few hooks done and keep moving down. The first day, I wore it for about 5 hours on the first row of hooks. PHEW! After a week of wearing it for my shifts at work (usually 9-10 hours) I’ve been able to move to the second row of hooks and I can feel such a difference. My waist no longer feels bloated and it is not painful to wear the trainer for as long as I do anymore. Keep in mind, I stand all day at work, so the compression feels good and it supports my back, but sitting down is still AWFUL.

I recommend wearing it over a cami or you’ll have lots of red marks! But looks very well made and has boning. I left out a star just cause I don’t actually know if it works! Good luck!

I like this waist trainer a lot. It covers all of your torso sucking everything in, which most do not. Because it goes up high though it does push up under my breasts which is uncomfortable especially when sitting, it forces you to sit up straight or get up. I walked yesterday with it for the first time & I definitely could feel the heat & I sweated.

This is an awesome product. High quality. It was way better than I expected it to be. I made a mistake by ordering a size larger because I was afraid it would run small. But they are true to size. So if your clothes size are small, then order small.
