It’s also not too hot by itself, though it’s heavy so you may want to consider what blankets you have UNDER it, because this blanket will tuck your other blankets into you. I’ve noticed my sheets sticking to me, but it’s not because of this blanket – it’s because I put it over my other blankets.
It doesn’t seem to be easy to clean, and I think any type of removable cover would be difficult to keep on straight without the blanket bunching up. I will see how this goes over time.”

And that is just the first night?! I cannot rate the washing ability. But if u use a top sheet between u and the blanket, you shouldn’t have to wash it. I would assume throwing into a dryer on low with dryer sheets would be ok?

I just received this blanket and i’m quite pleased with it! It appears to be great quality—the material is soft, the stitching well done and the distribution of the beads even. I’ve never had a cooling blanket and immediately understood why people love them when I laid down with it. I also love the gray color—it’s deep and looks amazing with my white linens on my bed. The tag does say that it’s hand wash or spot clean and there are loops on the edges which could be helpful when making the bed and / or drying the blanket.
